DETAIL: A wonderful study of hollyhocks in a blue vase by Mary Jackson. Jackson was born in Sussex and studied at both Southampton and Winchester College Of Art. She won the Brandler, Thomas Agnew and Patterson Prixes amongst others. She was elected to the New English Arts Club in 1987. Showed at The Royal Academy, the RWA, Kingfisher Gallery, Jonleigh Gallery, Hallam Gallery and Waterman Fine Art amongst others.
